      <description>Location: London | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic CRM Manager to join a fast-growing D2C food and drink brand on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is a pivotal role where you will take full ownership of the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and loyalty through high-impact CRM strategies. You will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple channels! Key Responsibilities  Strategy and Execution: Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and reactivation to loyalty and advocacy. Campaign Optimisation: Conduct continuous A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion. Data and Segmentation: Use customer data to create highly targeted segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time. Reporting: Monitor and report on key CRM metrics (LTV, churn, retention rates), providing actionable insights to the wider marketing team.
