      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Role Overview  We are looking for a dynamic CRM Manager to join a fast-growing D2C food &amp; drink brand on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is a pivotal role where you will take full ownership of the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and loyalty through high-impact CRM strategies. You will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple channels!  Key Responsibilities     Strategy &amp; Execution: -Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and reactivation to loyalty and advocacy.    Campaign Optimisation: -Conduct continuous A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion.    Data &amp; Segmentation: -Use customer data to create highly targeted segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
