This role is crucial for managing freedom of information requests, inquiries, and other customer relations functions including complaint management and data protection. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of casework and respond in a highly articulate manner, demonstrating advanced grammatical and language comprehension skills.   Day-to-Day of the Role:    Act as the first point of contact for service users, parliament members, and MPs via calls, emails, and letters, providing timely and accurate information.  Manage a caseload of complex customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and correct handling by applying a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
