Customer Relations Executive Salary: £26k- £35k (uncapped commission) Location: Weston-super-Mare Job Type: Full-time About the role Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, developing existing accounts and maximising sales opportunities? We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our client s team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, strengthening existing relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Working with an existing customer base, you will make outbound calls to engage with clients, understand their needs and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and account growth. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing customers to maintain regular contact and strengthen relationships. Build rapport with clients and develop long-term customer partnerships. Develop and grow customer accounts, increasing account activity and spend. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Proactively follow up with clients to generate repeat business and maximise sales opportunities.
