Role: Customer Relations and Logistics Specialist Location: LutonHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week + hybrid workingSalary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum6 Months Fixed Term ContractOA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Customer Relations and Logistics Specialist to join an independently owned, growing business based in Luton.As a Customer Relations and Logistics Specialist you will ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient movement of goods across Europe, Deep Sea and Cross Trade routes.Duties of a Customer Relations and Logistics Specialist: Support the Regional Sales Manager in delivering regional revenue targets and executing customer account plansAct as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, delivering responsive, high-quality service by phone and emailManage the end-to-end order process, from order receipt and confirmation through to supplier purchase orders and delivery completionCoordinate international logistics with third-party hauliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of goodsMaintain accurate customer, order and quality documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standardsCapture and report customer feedback, commercial opportunities and competitor intelligence to support regional growth What we would like from you: Experience within logistics, supply chain or international freight, with strong understanding of global movement of goods and import/export processesProven background in customer or ..... full job details .....
