The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinate and administering customer complaints, return material authorisation (RMA), product return investigations, and customer quality reporting. The customer quality coordinator will be preparing of customer responses, 8D reports, KPI reporting, and coordination of corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and predicts quality. Our client is also willing to provide training to the right candidate.
