The Job

• Develop and maintain expertise in the product range of the company.
• Manage documentation for planning and consult with technical and sales team the assist in bringing the product to a wider audience.
• Ensure compliance and that all necessary documentation is present and up to-date.
• Maintain internal systems and CRM systems.
• Provide initiative-taking and timely response to external and internal customers.
• Maintain customer database and assist in organising mailshots and new products launches.
• Train staff on new products and update to enable them to deliver a high level of customer service.

About you

• Proven experience of supporting the delivery of a product to market.
• Background in customer service and product management
• experience within the construction industry would be an advantage
• Excellent written and communication skills, with good presentation skills
• Ability to manage multi projects and meet short- and long-term deadlines.
• Background in customer service roles involving product management.
• Proficiency in incorporating new and existing tools such as Hubspot or other CRM's
• Experience within a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage.
