Customer Order Management AdministratorPeterboroughWe are currently recruiting for 4 Customer Order Management Representatives to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Peterborough.This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in Customer Order Management or Customer Service within a manufacturing or engineering environment who are looking to develop their career within a structured, process-driven environment.The role will be fully onsite during the initial training period and is expected to move to a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 remote) thereafter.The RoleYou will act as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the full order lifecycle from customer setup and order entry through to shipment and post-delivery support.You will work closely with internal teams including manufacturing, logistics, quality, and distribution to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer accounts through the complete order lifecycleProcess new orders, modifications, and escalationsEnsure on-time shipment in line with agreed deadlinesAct as liaison between customers, manufacturing plants, and internal departmentsResolve complex customer queries through research and system knowledgeMaintain accurate records in internal systemsEnsure compliance with export and shipping documentation requirementsRaise and manage quality-related non-conformance claimsPrepare internal and customer ..... full job details .....
