Monitor and manage the sales inbox, prioritising urgent customer requests. Process customer credits and assist with account enquiries. Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email. Make outbound calls to resolve: Order queries Product shortages Customer complaints Work closely with our Night Assembly Team to ensure orders are ready before nightly dispatch deadlines. Maintain accurate customer records and update company systems. Deliver exceptional accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
