Customer Order Processor (Evenings)Location CockermouthPay 13.55 per hour (inclusive of evening shift uplift)Hours 5 evening out of 6 - Sunday to FridayWorking Pattern:Sunday: 5:00pm - MidnightMonday to Friday: 6:00/7:00pm - Midnight2-5 nights per week will be consideredJob RoleProcess high volumes of customer orders received via:VoicemailEmailOnline ordering portalsEnter orders accurately and efficiently within order cut-off times.Monitor and manage the sales inbox, prioritising urgent customer requests.Process customer credits and assist with account enquiries.Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email.Make outbound calls to resolve:Order queriesProduct shortagesCustomer complaintsWork closely with our Night Assembly Team to ensure orders are ready before nightly dispatch deadlines.Maintain accurate customer records and update company systems.Deliver exceptional accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
