About the Role As a Customer Order Management Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, overseeing the entire order life cycle to ensure seamless processing and fulfilment. Your role will involve managing orders from entry to completion, liaising with distribution centres and manufacturing plants, and ensuring excellent customer communication throughout. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full order life cycle, from entry and modifications to fulfilment and logistics Act as the main contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary Ensure compliance with export policies and prepare necessary shipping documentation Generate and distribute internal and customer reports Drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction What We re Looking For Customer Service Expertise: Strong background in customer support with a proactive and detail-oriented approach Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams ..... full job details .....
