We''re a profitable, privately owned, and fast-moving company looking for talented individuals to join our team and deliver our strategic objectives.What You''ll Be DoingEnsuring customers have an up-to-date status for their order regularlyResponding to customer e-mails / phone calls in a timely manner of 24 hours or lessReviewing order status and ensuring timely picks to meet on time deliveryCoordinating with different departments (Sales / Engineering / Planning / Purchasing / Documentation / Logistics) to ensure the products and associated documentation for each customer order will ship as per the promise date.Liaising with Customer InspectorsFacilitating schedule of orders and resolving ..... full job details .....
