You will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting the wider business in achieving exceptional service standards.Working closely with production, logistics, finance, and management teams, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Orders and Administration Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the sales order processing system.Ensure all order information, including pricing and delivery requirements, is entered correctly.Act as the first point of contact for order amendments and customer queries.Produce invoices, delivery notes, and associated documentation.Liaise with internal departments to communicate customer requirements and order updates.Ensure customer requests and ..... full job details .....
