You will be responsible for supporting customers, coordinating orders, resolving issues proactively and building strong working relationships across the business.This role would suit someone with previous experience in customer service, transport, logistics or supply chain, who is highly organised, confident communicating with customers and able to work effectively in a busy environment.The RoleYou will play a key part in ensuring customers receive a high standard of service from initial order through to completion.
