This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and coordinating multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.What you''ll be doingCustomer Service and Account SupportAct as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.Build strong relationships with customers and provide an excellent service experience.Provide accurate information regarding products, availability and delivery schedules.Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and professionally.Order ManagementProcess and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.Liaise with production, purchasing and planning teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.Ensure all order information is accurately maintained within internal systems.Logistics and Inventory CoordinationMonitor stock availability and support inventory management activities.Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet customer ..... full job details .....
