We are looking for a Customer Operations and Systems Coordinator who combines excellent customer service with strong ERP experience and a proactive, can-do approach. This is more than a traditional customer service role. Alongside supporting customers and managing orders, you''ll be involved in new systems, improved processes and wider transformation projects across the business. What You''ll Be Doing Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery.Use ERP systems to manage workflows, orders and data accurately.Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, planning, logistics, warehousing, sales and finance.Help resolve customer and operational issues quickly and effectively.Support the implementation and improvement of systems and processes.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the customer experience.Get involved in transformation projects and help embed new ways of working.What We''re Looking ForERP experience within a manufacturing or operational environment.Customer service, customer operations or order management experience.Confident and ..... full job details .....
