Description of the role: Support a seamless customer onboarding journey by working closely with different internal teams to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.Deliver product guidance and learning sessions to both new and established users.Assist customers and colleagues in getting the most out of the platform by highlighting functionality and improving existing learning resources.Take responsibility for the initial configuration and setup of new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition.Engage with customers to understand their objectives and usage requirements, identifying relevant additional solutions or enhancements.Maintain clear and consistent records of all customer engagements.
