Customer Marketing Specialist – 3 Month FTC (mainly remote)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our client’s newly developed customer-focused marketing strand on a 3 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of communications to existing customers, working as part of a dedicated customer marketing team with a strong focus on customer retention.
This is a wonderful hybrid opportunity working 1 day officed based and 4 days from home. The clients stunning offices are based close to High Wycombe. The salary for this role is up to £30,000.
Main responsibilities for the Customer Marketing Specialist role are:
- Deliver clear and engaging communications to existing customers.
- Support initiatives that strengthen customer retention by focusing on proposition, information and promotion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of customer engagement activities.
Skills required for the Customer Marketing Specialist role are:
- Understanding of marketing principles, campaign management and customer lifecycle strategies
- Proficiency in analysing marketing data, identifying trends, extracting actionable insights and reporting on key metrics
- Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
