The role As a Customer Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our customer marketing team, delivering day-to-day activities that bring our advocacy and customer marketing programme to life. From managing advocate relationships and coordinating customer content to running email campaigns and supporting the growth of our thought leader community, this role sits at the centre of the programme''s operational delivery. This is a newly created role within a growing team, with real scope to develop as the programme scales and your expertise grows. Key responsibilities Coordinate the production of video testimonials and written case studies, managing customer liaison, briefing, and handoff to production teams Manage day-to-day communications for the IRIS Education thought leader community, keeping members informed and engaged between formal events Deliver planned campaigns to customer segments across relevant channels, including budget season ..... full job details .....
