Customer Marketing and Brand ManagerFull-time, Permanent £40,000-£50,000 per annum An established B2B organisation based in Derby is seeking a Customer Marketing and Brand Manager to join its growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys working with customers, using data to drive campaigns and ensuring every customer interaction reflects a strong and consistent brand. A key focus of the role will be marketing to the existing customer base. You will use CRM data to identify opportunities to engage customers with relevant campaigns, encourage repeat and additional purchases, introduce customers to other areas of the business and strengthen long-term relationships. You will also play a leading role in developing the customer experience and managing the brand across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering CRM-led campaigns to existing customers, including upgrade, trade-in, cross-sell and customer loyalty campaigns. Using Salesforce to segment customers, develop follow-up campaigns and track opportunities generated. Creating customer communications and campaign materials across email, direct mail, sales presentations, literature and other channels. Developing customer welcome packs, loyalty initiatives and other initiatives designed to strengthen the customer experience.
