The Role

You''ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are delivered efficiently while supporting planning, logistics and supply chain operations through effective analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer demand and logistics performance.
• Monitor delivery performance and KPI reporting.
• Liaise with customers, production and planning teams.
• Produce reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain ERP system information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support supply chain and customer logistics planning.
• Ensure customer requirements are achieved.

Essential Requirements

• Previous logistics, supply chain or planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP or MRP systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
