Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Customer Support

  • Process and follow up on sales orders and quotations
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with clarity and professionalism
  • Ensure accurate data entry and order tracking
  • Liaise with distributors, showrooms, and internal sales teams

Sales Pipeline Development

  • Build strong relationships with interior designers, specifiers, and architects
  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Promote our luxury fabrics and accessories
  • Manage revenue targets for a defined customer group

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Deliver a world-class customer experience and aftercare
  • Handle returns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Stay informed on export, freight, and VAT procedures
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer journey


What We''re Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service and order processing
  • A clear, confident, and professional telephone manner is essential
  • Background in luxury interiors, fabrics, or design is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Passionate about interiors and delivering excellence
