Customer Integration Engineer - Gaming PlatformsLocation: Crawley, West SussexWorking Model: HybridEmployment Type: PermanentTravel: Occasional travel to customers, internal sites and industry events About the Role We are looking for a Customer Integration Engineer to join a growing Customer Engineering team supporting the adoption of specialist gaming platforms, embedded systems and software solutions across EMEA and other strategic markets. This is not a traditional technical support role. You will work directly with customers throughout the full integration journey, from initial evaluation and onboarding through to integration and production readiness. You will troubleshoot complex technical challenges, deliver technical demonstrations and workshops, and help customers successfully integrate platforms and bring their products to market. You will also play an important role in improving the customer experience by developing integration tools, scripts, OS images, example applications and technical documentation. Working closely with Software, Firmware, FPGA, Product and Engineering teams, you will provide valuable customer feedback and help improve products, processes and integration capabilities.
