Define and drive the customer insight strategy and frameworksBridge data, tech, and business teams to ensure insight drives decisionsPartner with Marketing, Product, and Data ScienceChampion a customer-first mindset across the organisationDeliver hands-on analysis and insight to influence outcomesSupport self-serve BI and scalable insight deliveryContribute to predictive and advanced analytics initiatives Split: 50% strategy / 50% hands-on deliveryYOUR SKILLS and EXPERIENCEStrong SQLPython experience is strongly preferred Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insightExperience with predictive / advanced analytics or modelling frameworksBackground in large, complex organisations (FSandI a plus)Strong stakeholder management with a focus on driving impactComfortable operating across both ..... full job details .....
