This is a hands-on role with real commercial impact, working with rich customer-level data to drive insight across multiple areas of the business.The role is well suited to someone who is equally comfortable writing complex queries and presenting findings to senior stakeholders - communication and storytelling skills matter here as much as technical ability.What you''ll be doing:Conducting multi-channel data analysis to understand customer behaviour and identify commercial opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining dashboards that track performance across marketing channels and programmesDeveloping segmentation models to support more targeted and personalised customer communicationsAnalysing customer retention and churn patterns to identify opportunities for interventionPresenting insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior audiencesSupporting the development of new reporting solutions alongside existing BAU deliveryContributing to a longer-term data science roadmap, including exposure to ML and predictive modellingWhat we''re looking for:3-5 years'' experience in a customer, marketing, or commercial analytics roleStrong SQL skills - essentialPower BI experienceConfident presenting data and communicating findings ..... full job details .....
