It s a commercially focused analytics role where you''ll use customer, digital and campaign data to uncover insights that improve marketing performance, customer engagement and wider business decision-making.You''ll work with a range of stakeholders across the business, using customer and digital data to help teams better understand performance, identify opportunities and make more informed decisions.What you''ll be doing Analyse customer, digital and campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.Deliver actionable insights that influence commercial and operational decisions.Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations that make performance easy to understand.Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and help optimise customer engagement.Support customer segmentation, targeting and audience activation.Monitor key customer and digital KPIs and communicate performance clearly to stakeholders.Help improve analytical, reporting, visualisation and data governance practices.Work with internal teams and external data and ..... full job details .....
