Your new role As a Customer Information and Engagement Co-ordinator, you''ll be at the centre of customer communications and engagement activity. You''ll act as a key point of contact, ensuring visitors receive accurate, timely information and a consistently high-quality experience-both online and on-site.You''ll work collaboratively across teams, including operations, marketing, ticketing and volunteer coordination, to support a seamless and memorable event journey.What you''ll need to succeed Customer CommunicationsManage and respond to customer enquiries across email, social media and in-person channelsProvide clear, accurate information on schedules, venues, ticketing, transport and servicesDraft and maintain customer-facing content including FAQs and guidance materialsMonitor incoming queries and escalate complex issues where appropriateEngagement and ExperienceSupport the planning and delivery of public engagement campaignsAssist with fan engagement activities and feedback initiativesHelp ensure inclusive, accessible and high-quality experiences across all touchpointsWork closely with CRM and ticketing teams to enhance the customer journey.Feedback and ReportingCapture and analyse customer ..... full job details .....
