Our Customer Service Advisor roles are always hugely popular. You would be representing a well-known brand that is committed to making long-term investments in its people. Daily responsibilities include: - Receiving and handling a high volume of inbound customer calls relating to order placement, stock availability, delivery updates, complaint handling, and much more. - Updating the in-house CRM system. - Working with and consolidating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. - Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times in a bright and professional manner (ideally with at least six months'' experience in a customer service advisor role).
