Ensures customer requirements are understood, recorded accurately, and fulfilled efficiently. Acts as a key link between customers and internal teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and emailProvide clear and accurate information on products, pricing, availability, and delivery updatesBuild positive relationships with customersHandle complaints professionally and escalate where neededProcess and manage customer orders accurately in company systemsReview orders and quotations to ensure they are clear and achievableCheck pricing, delivery timelines, and customer requirements before confirming ordersMonitor active orders and keep customers informed of progress or delaysWork with internal teams (e.g. production, logistics, sales, accounts) to ensure timely deliveryRaise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers when requiredIdentify and flag potential risks relating to delivery, quality, or capacitySupport sales activities, including preparing and following up on quotationsAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
