Own and optimise the end to end digital customer journey with accountability for conversion and revenue performance Develop and execute a data led experimentation and CRO roadmap across multiple products and markets Use analytics, customer insights, and testing tools to identify opportunities and prioritise high impact improvements Deliver and scale AB testing and experimentation programmes across digital platforms Collaborate closely with product, UX, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver optimisation initiatives Define and track key customer experience and performance metrics, presenting insights ..... full job details .....
