Fully own client relationships – forge authentic partnerships with innovative brands in the health and wellness sector.Oversee the onboarding process and ensure a seamless, impactful launch experience.Spot and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.Work collaboratively across teams to help our customers succeed and expand their accounts.Excel in a dynamic, high-performance environment where taking initiative and achieving results are recognized and celebrated.Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account ManagementA self-starter with exceptional communication and relationship-building skillsAmbitious, growth-driven, and motivated to make your markA customer advocate who’s solutions-focused and proactive in overcoming challengesExperience leading onboarding and implementationKnowledge of logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain industries is a plusBenefits
