Customer Service Manager - Social Housing Repairs and MaintenanceBased in Hemel Hempstead Full-Time, Permanent positionSalary: 42KWe are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full time, permanent role, ideal for somebody who is looking to develop their career with a market leading contractor. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the full customer service function for the Repairs and Maintenance Contractor, including planning / scheduling, customer care, and complaint handling. You will manage a team of Customer Service Advisors and Planners, to ensure customers are in receipt of a satisfactory level of customer service exceeding customers'' expectations.Key Criteria: Previous experience in Social Housing repairs and maintenanceExperience managing a planning function for a mobile workforce, ideally within the Social Housing / Facilities Management sector although all sector backgrounds will be consideredExperience driving customer service best practice and complaint resolutionStrong people management skillsAdvanced IT Skills including planning softwareAbility to lead, influence and direct a teamAbility to build and nurture strong working relationships with colleagues based at other sites/officesThis is an ideal role for somebody looking to further their career in the Social Housing sector, working with a market leading contractor to ..... full job details .....
