Customer Experience Manager (Parent Funded Courses)
Full-Time: 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid with travel to our partner schools (Suffolk, Essex, Kent) and HQ in Norfolk
Salary: £26 to 32k depending on experience
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead and grow Premier Education’s parent-funded services: Extra-Curricular Clubs, Wraparound Care, and Holiday Clubs. You’ll drive occupancy and attendance, ensure families receive a consistent, high-quality experience, and support the sustainable growth of our childcare and activity provision.
What You’ll Do
Increase occupancy and attendance across clubs and holiday provisionEnsure families receive excellent service from booking through to deliveryMaintain consistent Premier Education branding and quality standardsUse feedback and data to improve services and inform growthSupport promotional activity and work with marketing to drive bookingsDesign parent/child engagement initiatives to boost retention and loyaltyCollaborate with Childcare and Operations teams to hit growth targets
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer experience, service delivery, or event managementProven success driving growth, bookings, or revenueExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfident in brand delivery, customer journey design, or quality assuranceStrong analytical skills to turn feedback and data into actionCreative approach to engagement, marketing, and social mediaCommitment to safeguarding and child ..... full job details .....
