Job Advert: Customer Experience AdvisorDuration: 6 months fixed term contractLocation: Coventry Salary: £25,300 Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, hybrid working - 3 to 4 days in officeRole Purpose for a Customer Experience Advisor:Covering a busy period within the business, you will be reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working as part of a team to ensure effective, seamless working between the Sales and Marketing teams, Showroom, Finance and Distribution/Fulfilment Departments. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Advisor:Ensure inbound queries are dealt with in an effective mannerProvide an excellent customer experienceInvestigating customers issue offering time, and cost appropriate solutions and feeding back into the business to ensure root causes are addressed accordinglyDeal with complaints and escalate when required Proactively manage queries via social media channels to ensure timely and appropriate responses are provided in a public forumUpdate the in house database to ensure records are kept of contact with the customerLiaise with courier companies regarding deliveries and queriesComplete refund authorisation if required Key Skills/Attributes of a Customer Experience Advisor:Previous experience in a customer focused roleExceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quicklyHighly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframesPositive attitude and the ability to work ..... full job details .....
