You ll figure out what s happening and take action to fix the problem, and keep customers reassured throughout. It s a role that takes technical skill, but also confidence, calm thinking, good judgement, and clear communication. As a Level 3 Customer Engineering Apprentice in gas networks, you''ll blend classroom learning with hands-on experience. You ll work alongside experienced engineers in customers homes, while building your knowledge and skills at our York Training Centre.
