This is work that matters, protecting people, homes, and communities every day. As a Level 3 Customer Engineering Apprentice at Northern Gas Networks, you’ll attend a range of callouts to assess what’s happening and take the right action. You’ll support customers when something's not right in their home, helping to resolve gas-related issues safely and effectively. You’ll learn by doing the job onsite, backed up by structured learning at our Training Centre. With support from experienced engineers, you’ll build the practical skills and judgement needed for the role.
