As a Level 3 Customer Engineering Apprentice at Northern Gas Networks, you ll attend a range of callouts to assess what s happening and take the right action. You ll support customers when something''s not right in their home, helping to resolve gas-related issues safely and effectively. You ll learn by doing the job onsite, backed up by structured learning at our Training Centre. With support from experienced engineers, you ll build the practical skills and judgement needed for the role.
