Customer Engagement & Marketing Executive - Global Media/Information business

The Role: Customer Engagement and Marketing ExecutiveYou will join the marketing team for their leading portfolio of b2b retail/ecommerce events/research platforms. The main purpose of your role will be two fold:
Events - Keep the retail professionals who have registered to attend their events up-to-date with information and insights which will help them to get the most out of the event. You will also utilise email marketing in order to get post-event feedback.
Business Intelligence - each time the company signs up a new corporate subscriber to one of their business intelligence platforms, you will engage with them via the phone, email in order to welcome them on board, and in the early months, send them information which will help them to get the most out of their subscription.
This will be the start of a new function for this department and therefore can offer different career paths - eg into customer success, marketing, sales etc.
Requirements for this position
Marketing or professional customer engagement experience
Outgoing, confident and articulate
Customer facing and mature
Able to work from Central London offices at least once a week
