Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Design SME - VPLocation: London We are looking for an experienced CDD Design SME to join the Second Line of Defence and help shape and strengthen the bank''s Financial Crime control environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide SME expertise across the end-to-end CDD life cycle, including CRA, IDandamp;V, KYC, EDD and ODD.Design and optimize risk-based CDD controls, translating regulatory and policy requirements into practical solutions.Define and challenge business, risk and control requirements and target-state designs.Support technology-enabled CDD controls, with a strong understanding of systems, workflows and data.Work closely with Compliance, Business, Technology, Data and Change teams across complex transformation programmes.Key RequirementsStrong CDD/KYC and Financial Crime experience within banking or financial services.Proven experience in CDD control design, optimization and transformation - beyond BAU/operational CDD.Strong knowledge of UK and international AML/Financial Crime regulations and risk-based controls.Experience with requirements gathering target-state design and technology-enabled controls.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Broader Financial Crime experience across Sanctions, ABC or Anti-Tax Evasion would be advantageous.If this sounds of interest, feel free to apply or reach out to me at (see below) ..... full job details .....
