Key Responsibilities Provide SME expertise across the end-to-end CDD lifecycle, including CRA, IDandV, KYC, EDD and ODD. Design and optimize risk-based CDD controls, translating regulatory and policy requirements into practical solutions. Define and challenge business, risk and control requirements and target-state designs. Support technology-enabled CDD controls, with a strong understanding of systems, workflows and data. Work closely with Compliance, Business, Technology, Data and Change teams across complex transformation programmes. Key Requirements Strong CDD/KYC and Financial Crime experience within banking or financial services.
