Customer Delivery Van Driver Full-time Monday- Friday £33,421.44 + Bonus up to £95 per week. We''re seeking a reliable and professional Customer Delivery Van Driver to join our delivery team. You will be responsible for collecting, transporting and delivering goods in excellent condition, maintaining accurate records and representing the company positively at every customer touchpoint. What you''ll be doing As a Customer Delivery Van Driver, your key responsibilities will include: Safely operate company vehicles to collect and deliver goods according to planned routes and schedules. Load and unload parcels and items with care, using appropriate handling techniques to protect goods. Complete delivery paperwork and electronic proof of delivery (POD) accurately and promptly. Provide a helpful, courteous and professional service when interacting with customers at delivery locations. Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or customer queries to the operations team and follow company procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle; report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
