THE ROLE As a Customer Delivery Executive, you''ll be the day-to-day point of contact for public sector members using the Social Value Portal platform. Reporting to the Customer Delivery Manager, your job is to help members embed social value into their procurement processes making sure they can measure, report, and communicate the impact they''re delivering. Success in this role means members who are confident, well-supported, and getting real value from the platform.
