You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their products safely, on time, and with exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist with the delivery, installation and demonstration of products including white goods, televisions and cookers. Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed throughout the delivery process. Use handheld devices to accurately complete deliveries and obtain customer signatures. Communicate effectively with the transport team regarding delivery updates or issues. Handle products safely and follow all manual handling and health & safety procedures. Secure and manage vehicle loads using appropriate equipment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer and business needs are met.
