Audio Division , they’re looking for Customer Data Scientists to harness audience data, enhance engagement, and support smarter, data-led decision-making.Role/Responsibilities:Develop and deploy predictive models focused on customer behaviour, loyalty, and segmentationAnalyse user journeys across digital and audio platforms to improve customer engagementSupport revenue optimisation by informing data-driven pricing strategies for ad inventoryWork on strategic growth areas such as competitions and audience targetingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and analyticsCommunicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business impactYour skills and experience:Proficiency in SQL and PythonSolid experience in customer or product analyticsHands-on expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, and uplift modellingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insightsBackground in media, gambling, or digital B2C environments is advantageousConfident communicator with the ability to work across teams and explain technical findings with claritySeniority level
