Customer Data Representative

Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Data Representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 8 months. Salary: Paying up to 21.78 per hour PAYE and 28.18 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35) Customer Data representative role:Validating new customer account requests in SAP.Updating customer records in SAP.Liaise with customers to obtain missing info.Manage and record queries and resolve with the relevant team.Monitor daily account-data interfaces with customer and deal with errors.Your Background:Previous experience of managing customer data, creating accounts, updating records, within an IT system ie SAP.Good understanding of SAP, how data connects and relates in customer records.Customer service experience - dealing with complex queries/complaints (over the phone).Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.Company: Our client is one of the world''s premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.
