Updating customer records in SAP. Liaise with customers to obtain missing info. Manage and record queries and resolve with the relevant team. Monitor daily account-data interfaces with customer and deal with errors. Your Background : Previous experience of managing customer data, creating accounts, updating records, within an IT system ie SAP. Good understanding of SAP, how data connects and relates in customer records. Customer service experience - dealing with complex queries/complaints (over the phone). Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.
