Position OverviewAs a Customer Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing—to uncover insights that drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You’ll analyze customer behavior, develop intuitive dashboards, and present data narratives that inform business decisions and product improvements.
This role complements the existing Product Data Analyst, with a focus on customer-facing analytics and strategic reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to expand Dayshape’s analytics capabilities
Develop mechanisms to capture and interpret customer analytics
Create and maintain customer-facing dashboards and reports
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform proactive engagement strategies
Present data narratives to internal stakeholders and customers
Recommend data-led improvements to customer experience and service delivery
Support Marketing and Sales with performance insights and value propositions
Assist in developing KPIs across usability, frequency, sentiment, and adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting
Strong SQL skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, MS Fabric, SAP BI, Azure Data Explorer, and Azure Data Lake Store
Experience working with or within professional services firms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity and defining new processes
Passion for learning and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills
Experience with complex enterprise software applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL, Kusto, Python
