You''ll become a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, making sure they receive a brilliant experience while looking for ways to strengthen and develop those relationships. Your day-to-day will include: Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Understanding customer requirements and finding the right solutions Following up on enquiries and opportunities Identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts Working closely with internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly Keeping customer information and records accurate and up to date Supporting wider sales, account management and business development activity What kind of person are they looking for?
