This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls relating to technical queries and account issuesResolve customer concerns quickly and effectivelyProvide clear advice and guidance to customersProcess payments securely over the phoneUpdate and maintain accurate customer records on internal systemsProactively contact customers regarding account alertsSupport troubleshooting and resolution of device-related issuesPrepare and issue customer communications in line with GDPR requirementsCarry out security checks during customer callsMaintain clear communication with customers and colleaguesClose and manage alerts within internal systemsProvide information to support reporting for managementCarry out additional tasks as requested by your line managerSkills and Experience:Previous experience in a ..... full job details .....
