We are looking for a Customer Communications Executive to join our Brand and Communications team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working across channels, building relationships, and turning complex information into clear, customer-focused communications. The role Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications, you will help deliver and measure our customer communications programme across email, events, and community channels. You will work closely with colleagues across product management, support, and professional services to ensure our communications are relevant, timely, and valuable. What you will be doing Maintaining a regular customer communications programme that supports engagement and retention across the customer lifecycle. Creating clear, customer-focused content by gathering information, writing, and publishing across relevant channels.
